There is always interesting to discuss the battle between two greatest football player in the world, who else if not Lionel Messi and Cristiano Ronaldo. What make this more interesting is both player are now playing in the same league la liga, representing “el-classico” clubs, Real Madrid and Barcelona. In fact, both Messi and Ronaldo currently are leading goal scorer with 24 goals.
The question is, who is the best? Who will win the golden boot? Messi or Ronaldo? What do you think?
For me,of course I would say Messi is better than Ronaldo. Some of you might say i’m biased, because I,m messi fan, but there is several proof that proof my fact.
· Both player has helped their club to win Champion League title. The first battle between Messi and Ronaldo started when both playing in Final 2009 edition, Rome. Barcelona beaten United 2-0, Messi scored is one of the goal scorer, while Ronaldo score nothing.
· The 2nd Battle is when both players face each other in El-classico match, on last November. Barcelona wins with the big score, 5-0. Both Messi and Ronaldo scoreless, but Messi has assisted for two David villa goals. Again, ronaldo can do nothing.
· Messi won Ballon d’Or two times, in 2009 and 2010, while Ronaldo won once, in 2008.

However, the battle is still on. It is not just ordinary battle between player. The result of this battle will also influence their club position in the table in the end of the season. It is very exciting moment to see who will win?
